**PLEASE READ** If you do not present us with a valid marriage license from the state of Florida before your wedding, we cannot legally marry you! Obtaining a license is YOUR responsibility. If you don’t present us with a marriage license at the time of your wedding because you don’t have one, there will be NO refunds. If you have any questions about this policy, please ask us.
In order to be fair to the number of couples who would like to book their wedding with us and in order to accommodate as many as possible, we have had to institute these policies:
The most important decision is to select your preferred wedding date, and reserve that date as soon as possible to ensure availability with a NON-REFUNDABLE Booking Fee. Booking Fees/Deposits and Payments may be made payable to WEDDINGS TO GO KEY WEST, LLC via money order, personal check or through Master Card AND Visa only. All other details will be coordinated after you have reserved your desired date and time.
If you are booking your wedding within 60 days prior to the wedding date, payment is due IN FULL within 24 hours of booking. If payment is not made within 24 hours of booking the date with us, the date and time will be released for re-booking.
BOOKING FEES/DEPOSITS ARE NON-CONTRACTUAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. There are NO REFUNDS of booking fees or deposits for cancelled weddings, no matter what the reason. Booking fees and deposits are the good faith monies required to reserve, book, retain, and secure your desired wedding date and time and/or the vendors. Booking fees and deposits are applied towards final balances if wedding proceeds as scheduled, and may be applied towards a new available date if wedding must be postponed due to unforseen circumstances. In the event you must postpone your date, we will allow one reschedule for one year from the original wedding date. We ask that you give us that rescheduled date within 30 days of your cancellation. This is subject to management approval and availability.
Once you have paid your booking fee, WEDDINGS TO GO KEY WEST will submit a service agreement via fax or e-mail. Upon acceptance of the contract, the bridal couple will return the signed and dated contract to WEDDINGS TO GO KEY WEST via Fax, or by U.S. Mail within 7 days. FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL, 60 days prior to the scheduled wedding date or WEDDINGS TO GO KEY WEST reserves the right to cancel the scheduled wedding without notice unless satisfactory arrangements for payment have been made.
Certain Holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day may be subject to a holiday premium.
Travel fee will be added for weddings north of Summerland Key.
**All pre-coordinated packages INCLUDE site-prep, set-up, take-down, clean-up, and direction of the wedding!
**Upon booking, WEDDINGS TO GO KEY WEST provides referrals for accommodations, reception venues, catering, restaurants, salons, water sports, golf, activities, events, and other referrals as needed for the most stress free and memorable destination wedding possible.
** WEDDINGS TO GO KEY WEST is not responsible for inclement weather, natural disasters, man-made disasters or site restrictions. WEDDINGS TO GO KEY WEST reserves the right to change time and/or location in order to provide our client with their beachside wedding and beach wedding photography. Be aware that when planning any outdoor event that inclement weather is always a possibility. In the event of a mandatory evacuation due to a hurricane, we will refund your payment, less incidentals such as a cake or bouquet (if they have been made) or give you the option of rescheduling your event. Your choice.
IF IT’S RAINING…or if the weather forecast looks like rain at your scheduled time, we reserve the right to re-schedule your wedding to a time that is convenient to the WTGKW staff and vendors. WTGKW will usually reschedule to the following day, however it may be at a different time, depending on the schedule of WTGKW and its staff and vendors. If the couple chooses to cancel the rescheduled date/time chosen by WTGKW, no refunds will be allowed and no reschedule will be allowed. It’s important to understand that we cannot get the photographic equipment wet.
IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU TURN ON YOUR CELL PHONES, AND HAVE AT LEAST ONE WITH YOU…AT ALL TIMES.

Just one last thing…and we hate to be like this, but….due to some very unpleasant experiences, if we feel that you or anyone in your party is under the influence of alcohol or mind or mood altering substances or we feel that ourselves or equipment is threatened with harm, we will not perform your ceremony or take photographs.
You will not be entitled to a refund and any payments that you’ve made to Weddings To Go! Key West will be forfeited.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled wedding, we will not wait. You will not be entitled to a refund and any payments that you’ve made to Weddings To Go! Key West will be forfeited.
Would you be late for a doctors appointment?
Would you be late for a dentists appointment?
What about something as simple as a salon appointment?
Being really late isn’t cool. A few minutes is no big deal. More than 15 minutes late becomes a problem.

Bridal couples/clients (including other responsible parties or agents) who book with, and sign a contract with WEDDINGS TO GO KEY WEST are acknowledging that they have reviewed, understand and agree with the terms and policies of WEDDINGS TO GO KEY WEST, regardless of who assumes payment for booking fees, deposits and final wedding balances. Wedding contracts are subject to the Terms and Policies of WEDDINGS TO GO KEY WEST.
